You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. We shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for the reimbursement.
For contracts for the delivery of digital content (software) not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the Provider has begun to execute the contract after the consumer has expressly consented and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of contract execution.
Note: Since the purchase is made through the Mac App Store, Apple's refund policies take precedence. You can request a refund through Apple within 14 days.
